The event is all about light sparring to build confidence and learn from each other.

This is light, controlled and technical. Power will be low as we want to learn, test techniqus out and have fun.
📜Ruleset for sparring will be above the belt strikes only

We’re hoping people from different clubs and styles are able to join us, learning from each other and making new friends.
