Disciplines we train for

Hey there! Here’s a quick rundown of the awesome martial arts disciplines we practice in our sessions:

Light Contact Kickboxing
This is a fast-paced, dynamic style of continuous kickboxing. Unlike Point Fighting, you’ll be racking up scores over three 2-minute rounds. You can punch and kick above the waist and below the ankle/mid-calf, and foot sweeps are totally allowed. Just remember, no elbows, knees, clinch fighting, or throws here.

Kick-light Kickboxing
Think of this as the middle ground between semi-kick and low-kick kickboxing. You can hit each other with punches and kicks, targeting the thighs (from outside to inside and vice versa) using your shins. Foot sweeps are allowed, but again, no elbows, knees, clinch fighting, or throws.

Point Fighting
In this discipline, the goal is to score points with controlled techniques, not full force. You can punch and kick above the waist and use foot sweeps. Elbows, knees, clinch fighting, and throws are off-limits.

Boxing
This is a martial arts-based boxing system designed for traditional boxing competitions and to complement other martial arts.

Full Contact Kickboxing
Here, we aim to simulate the pressure of a real fight. You can hit each other with punches and kicks, targeting above the waist and below the ankle/mid-calf, and foot sweeps are allowed. Just like the others, no elbows, knees, clinch fighting, or throws.

Freestyle Martial Arts
We also dive into traditional martial arts and practical self-defense techniques, giving you a well-rounded skill set.
