The general aim
🥋 Build confidence in Boxing Range
The event is specially designed for martial artists, the drills have been specifically chosen and adapted to be used
🥊Drills are light, technical, fun and controlled
This is light, controlled and technical. Power will be low as we want to learn, test techniqus out and have fun.
📜Designed for martial artists
Ideal for taekwondo, karate, kickboxing, and more. Each drill has been specifically chosen to fit in traditional martial art systems.
👥Train with friends and new people
We’re hoping people from different clubs and styles are able to join us, learning from each other and making new friends.
😊Have a great time
The most important thing is to have a great time, get some experience and have fun.
🧰What do I need to Bring
Ideally boxing gloves, but open palm karate style gloves are fine.
Mouthguard is optional but recommended, though the day will mainly consist of light drills, it is better to be safe than sorry.
Water and clothes to train in.
🥋Who's Hosting The Seminar
The seminar is hosted by Charlie, a dedicated coach with a background in boxing and kickboxing. He also brings experience in freestyle Taekwondo, Karate, Wing Chun, Japanese Jujitsu, and most recently, Muay Thai. Charlie believes martial arts should be fun and enjoyable—sparring and competition included—and he prides himself on adapting his approach to suit each individual’s needs.
